  The D-Link DES-362FM is a 2 Port Fiber Optics Module specifically designed for the DES-3225G 22 +2 switch and the DES-3624/3624i units. The DES-362FM strictly adheres to the IEEE 802.3u 100BaseFX standard specification. It has dual MT-RJ type ports for creating a fiber optics link from the switch to another switch or directly to a server. The DES-362FM creates a 100 Mbps link directly from the switch to the most critical elements in the networking environment. The D-Link DES-362FM Fiber Optics Module provides the user with a high-speed link for their critical network paths without the need to purchase a separate fiber optics switch.
