IntelliMouse Explorer throws out all the old, mechanical technology used in current mice. IntelliMouse Explorer uses a new optical sensor called IntelliEye™. This sensor scans the surface beneath the mouse 1,500 times per second to accurately and crisply track the smallest motion.
